Suggested Application Submission Date

I am aware that the deadline for the application is January 31, 2017, but I'm also wondering, what is usually the best time window to submit my completed application. Obviously the earlier the better but is shooting for before Christmas considered 'too late'? I pretty much have only my CFA and BGO Interview until my application is complete. Thank you.
 
As soon as possible is the answer. Get it done right and then submitted. Don't wait until the last day for your CFA. That never goes well and we see candidates each year with a list of excuses.
 
Good to take your CFA now in case you don't do as well as you expected. That way you still have two months to improve your situation and retake.
 
USNA is on a rolling admissions system. Every day you wait, other candidates are scooping up slots.
