Suggestion for a sticky thread

I wanted to suggest that the following thread be made sticky in the ROTC section:

Singaporemom has went to great effort to put together a listing of the Army ROTC schools that offer Room and Board assistance and the details therof. I think the question of where this info can be found will be asked often over time, so making it sticky hopefully will keep it handy.

IT's a sticky! You are right it is a very useful bit of information- thanks to all who put in all of the legwork to compile and post this information.
