I am currently at the end of my sophomore year in highschool. I plan to enlist in the army, and ultimately I want to become an Army Ranger. I am not sure yet as to if I want to try to become and officer or not. But becoming a ranger is one of the only things I want in my life right now, and I've been doing tons of training. I'm really motivated towards this. However, I have been doing a lot of research on colleges, and I was wondering if West Point could be a possibility? I don't know that much about it so I'm just wondering. I have played 2 years of varsity soccer on a highly competitive d1 highschool team. I am almost an Eagle Scout, and I have a lot of time put into boyscouts. I don't have amazing grades, they are usually between a 3.4 and 3.8. But I score amazing on all my tests such as my PLAN "practice ACT" and I just recently passed my OGT "ohio graduation test" with all advanced scores almost at the top of the scale. I have gotten one or two c's freshman year however. However, I'm not that high in my class rankings. I'm about in the middle. We have a big class. I spend a lot of time doing various outdoor activities including shooting and hunting. And I do ALOT of physical activities and working out. I run all the time and I have a 5 days a week workout involving a lot of push-ups and pull-ups. I can do over 20 pull-ups a set. So can anyone give me any tips or pointers? Thanks anything helps :)
