Summer AF Ops

C3Cs normally get their assignments by this time. Is this too going to be eliminated due to sequestration? That would be sad - AF Ops is an invaluable tool for a cadet to shadow and get better insight into the real Air Force and its people and their jobs.

We got our assignments at the END of April last year. Sequestration has shuffled some things around, but (as far as we know) AF Ops is still on.

We recieved an email from the person in charge of Ops, and she said it's still going forward.

Bases are still planning on hosting- we have our first planning meeting next week.

DS is going to Hurlburt AFB with a number of other Civil Engineering cadets.
