Nope. Summer Seminar is meant to give possible candidates a glimpse into what life as a cadet would be. It has no bearing on whether you get an appointment or not.

There's not even a spot on the application to put whether or not you attended summer seminar. You'll get no points for attending it for your application, it's purely to see if the Academy might be for you.
