They sent an email saying I had all the forms filled out but I never once filled in the workshop form.

You should have filled the workshops form when you were filling out your session preference and clothing sizes. It was all in with the preliminary application.

That seems odd, maybe my email client deleted it before I knew it might have been in there :/

If anything, you can contact your BGO for advice because he/she would probably know more than us but you could also email the admissions office to ask them what your status is! Just a few ideas! Good luck
 
Just a heads up for people flying. My son flew alone last year and left out of a large international airport. When we arrived at check in, we could EASILY pick out 2 other guys waiting to board for summer seminar. It was such a relief to see these three going through security together and getting to know each other. They flew back together too. If your airport is big, you will more than likely meet up with other participants.
 
Does anyone know how many students are accept for all 3 sessions? And what's the acceptance rate for summer seminar 2015? Thanks.
 
It says 850 per session so 2550 total
don't know about acceptance rate because they don't tell us how many apply but I think I read somewhere that it's lower than the academy acceptance rate
