I recently browsed the Naval Academy service service list and noticed that the only Special Operations Forces listed were Navy SEALs and EOD. Does anyone know if Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewmen is an option for service selection?

Those talented crew are enlisted Sailors, not officers. Graduates of USNA go into Navy and Marine officer communities, such as the SEAL and EOD you noted. Officers serve alongside enlisted personnel with related specialities, fulfilling the technical aspects.

See this article.

Additional note, if you are not familiar with enlisted rank structure, a "petty officer" is not a commissioned or warrant officer, but what other services (except USCG) would generally call an NCO, or non-commissioned officer in the enlisted ranks who has progressed beyond the lowest paygrades. Civilian news sources routinely mess that up, saying an "officer" did something, when it's really a petty officer, so for those who aren't familiar, it can occasionally be confusing.

In a similar vein, USNA grads do not go into the Seabees; rather the Civil Engineering Corps ...but they may work w/ Seabees, who are all enlisted.

That makes since; however, is there a reason there are no SWCC officers? It seems odd to me since all other Special Operations Forces have officers. I apologize for the questions, but i'm fairly new to the idea of the Navy as a prospective career field and i don't fully comprehend some aspects.
