So here's the thing. I worry about people's honesty about my file and my chances. Really, I just wanna know straight up if I'm close or not; I'm not exactly buddy-buddy with my BGO so I worry even he is sugar coating things. Obviously my file is quite a lot to bog thru. If you're a tad bored and wouldn't mind some dishing out any brutal honest feedback, shoot me a PM, I would really appreciate someone's honesty.

No one can tell you your chances. The most that can be said to any candidate is that they appear to be competitive. Your BGO knows what your nearest geographical competition looks like and may have a bit more insight. If your app goes to the national pool, your BGO really has no special insight. You are asking for assurances that cannot be honestly given.
