I wanna know what kinda things the people on Rudder's Rangers do. Like is it just a bunch of P.T? And same for what they do on the Ranger Challenge Team and how to get on it? It sounds real interesting and i want to know more. Also if you can be on rangers and fish drill team? And for rangers and FDT do they have their own little platoon away from the rest of the corps? or what? Thanks :D

You really won't have enough time to do both. You will have to pick either Rudder's Rangers or Fish Drill Team. You stay with your regular outfit even when you join these organizations. They are both considered extracurricular to your outfit activities.

So only sophomores and up can join? Or can freshmen join too? And or can you skip freshmen year and join the next year?

Fish Drill Team (as the name implies) is for freshmen only. The exception, of course, is the few upperclassmen that stay on in leadership positions to train and run the team each year.

Rudder's Rangers you can join as a freshman and participate all through your senior year if you so choose. But, if you didn't join your freshman year, you could join it your sophomore year, too. However, you would have to be in a freshman role until you earned your brown shirt which is normally done at the freshman level.

Can this better prepare yourself for Ranger School when your in the military?

Yes, it will help. And, if you find Rudder's Rangers too hard, you will know you definitely aren't up to Ranger training.
