Teacher Evaluation Help

    Hey everyone, I am having issues with the teacher evaluation in the Academy application and was wondering if anybody has had similar problems or knows of anything I can do to resolve the issue. I printed off the letter for one of my teachers and used the access code to take a look at the form (stupid idea) without knowing that that would prevent me from being able to print another request with the access code on it since the recommendation had already been "started". Unfortunately I threw away the letter with the code before I knew this and now have no idea how to get the information to my teacher so she can do the recommendation. Has anyone had a similar problem with their application or am I the only stupid one here? :(
    Let me know, I'm stressing out about this more than I probably should be.:bang:

    Regardless of what people tell you hear, I strongly suspect the only way to fix this is to call admissions. Why not give them a call. I'm also confident this isn't the first time this has happened.

    I would email your Admissions Adviser and ask it be reset. As I recall, DS had to do it for a teacher last year who let it expire. The Admissions Advisers are a great resource.
