Teacher Evaluations

    Ok so on the AFA app it says that you can print out the form and give it to your teachers. However, online it says that the form must be faxed, and the form itself says that the form must be mailed... There is no mail address on the form though...Help?

    Have you tried contacting your admissions counselor about this?

    The easiest thing, at least for me, was to have them do the email option.

    Just make sure you tell them about it EARLY and that it might go to their spam folder. Also, make sure you tell them it will say USAFA on it, so they don't think it's junk mail.

    yes, some of my teachers got it and some didn't...

    That happens sometimes. I believe you can wait a week and have USAFA send the e-mail again.

    If it doesn't go through that time, I would contact your admissions counselor and discuss a hard copy to be turned in.
