Temp. Host Home

Hi there, I have been accepted to the Academy already and want to come out just a little bit early to get used to the climate of Colorado. I have already scheduled my flight to take me there on the 22nd of June

That being said... I would love to find a host family that can put me up for the night of the 22, 23, 24, and maybe the 25, however it isn't necessary.

If there are any families that you know that would be willing to house me, don't hesitate to private message me.

Hi! Congrats on your appointment but just some friendly advice:

I wouldn't recommend putting your phone number on here for the world to see. Its not a private forum and you can see the information without actually logging in. I would try to edit your post to say please PM (or private message) me instead of your phone number. Additionally, I believe (but could be wrong) that USAFA has a host family system set up for those people that do show up early without their families so you could probably find a place to stay through USAFA.

Last year we had received information about the bed and breakfast program which sets you up with a sponsor for a couple days before I-day. I personally didn't take advantage of that opportunity but several of my squad mates did.
