2nd best advice: Get a window seat on the bus, be advised that you will be unable to do anything right until at least March, work together as a team, leverage the wisdom of priors and preppies, and remember that BCT is a sprint but C4C year is a marathon. You can do both.

Oh, yeah. Run. When done running, run some more. One last thing...enjoy your friends and family as much as you can. Your life will never be the same.
 
Gosh Dad, I hope that doesn't mean that DS won't be able to enjoy family and friends ever again since everything is going to change so dramatically!
You're making Mother nervous, she might have to do what McArthur's Mother did if she gets too anxious! They'll get as ready as they can, and grow up on the rest. Bless them all! Thank you for your great words of wisdom.

Supposedly. A slightly different program was implemented for 2017 training.

I've heard rumors that they're doing something a bit different this year.
 
Training is a pendulum. After a few years of "softer" BCT and 4-degree training, the pendulum is swinging the other direction. A good change, in my opinion.
