The Citadel- Financial Aid

I was just curious when one gets information about possible Scholarships/Money from the Citadel. I have been have already been academically accepted.

There may be Citadel scholarships that you qualify for despite need (such as scholarships given based on high school academic performance), but you won't receive any information on the complete package until you and your parents submit your FAFSA forms. That can be done after January 1. The sooner the better.

As I recall from my son's pre knob visit, there were December deadlines for Scholarships. You might want to call the Financial Aid office...

Contacting the Citadel financial aid office is a good idea; however, we'd understood that incoming freshmen didn't need to submit separate scholarship applications - all incoming freshmen were considered for all available scholarships. I may have misunderstood, but that's what I thought I'd understood.
Good luck - my DS has been academically accepted as well - he's looking forward to the entire experience.
