Sir,

I tried logging in, but I totally forgot my password which caused my account to be locked.
How do I go about retrieving my account and password during DODMERB's non operational hours?
 
DoDMERB is NOT a 24 hour operation. We are NOT staffed in that manner.

Not working as of 8:57 a.m. eastern time. Will allow you to get to the page, but then reflects a "page error" message preventing log on. Maybe soon...
 
Just logged on...had to create a new user name and password, but everything works fine and all information is listed.
 
Yeah the login was not working at first, but it worked fine after creating a new account with all of my same previous account info. Hope this method works out for everyone else. :smile:
 
I also was able to log on. I had to go in to "create account", but as soon as SS# and DOB entered, original user name and password were recognized and I was able to access account. YAY!:thumb:
 
Still would not work for us a few minutes ago when attempting to access via Internet Explorer. I downloaded Firefox and tried it again, and it worked fine. We also had to re-create the account, but we used the same username and password and the data appeared correctly. If you are also having trouble while using Explorer, try another browser...

Used internet explorer, no problem. did have to navigate away from the intitial page "experiencing problems..." just selected home on the menu and logged in by creating new account.
