I would have expected a confirmation from the AO that they received the updates and added them to your file.
I have gotten responses from coach, but I am still not sure that the things I am submitting to AO are being considered. I am not sure what you mean by additional info online. The application instructs applicants to e-mail AO to update record, which I have done. I have gotten responses from AO before I submitted.
My daughter was super lucky last year and had a highly responsive AO. She sent him mid semester progress report grades and also updated ACT scores. If I recall, he copied her as he forwarded them on to someone on staff to update her profile. She sent to the coach as well.
I was thinking you updated online. If you are supposed to email them it sounds like you are on track.
