As the father of a teenage senior and a teenage junior, I can certainly understand how they get focused on a couple of schools and everything else seems like a huge disappointment. I "forced" my daughter to apply to 10 schools including some she insisted that she would not attend. At the end of April we can sit down together and decide what our options are. The more acceptances that she has the more choices we'll (she'll) have. Good luck.
