Hey everyone!
I just received a nomination from my Senator, and my application was completed two days after the EA deadline :)unhappy:).
My question is, do I have to wait all the way until March for a decision? Or could it be sooner?
Thank you all so much for your help through this process

Congrats on your nomination! The answer to your question is yes! You may have to wait until March (or April!) or it could be sooner. This is the hardest part but keep yourself busy with enjoying your senior year. It goes by so fast! Do your best to think of other things.

Good luck!

This is where it gets tough...THE WAIT!

To illustrate how crazy...yesterday I was "chatting" with a parent of a young man who really wants to go to the Naval Academy. His father is a West Point Graduate...

He received his nomination...so very happy...we were chatting about the possibilities and the timelines...

Not six hours later she tells me: The day even got better when Congressman X's office called to congratulate our son on his appointment to USNA today and to say the letter is on it's way!!!!

Here we'd been talking about "THE WAIT" and then this happens!!

So...once everything is complete..."THE WAIT" can be long or short...that's what's so miserable about it.
