I don't know what a decent score is, but are there any improvements/advice I should consider?

    BB Throw: 54 feet
    Pull Ups: 16
    Shuttle Run: 9.2 sec
    Sit Ups: 100
    Push Ups: 60
    1-Mile Run: 7:20

I did terrible and I still passed

    Bball throw: 65ft
    pullups: 9
    shuttle run: 9.3 seconds
    pushups: 44
    situps: 52
    mile time: 7:15

your stats look very good compared to mine, but I think the only thing you should work on is your mile time. Other than that I'd say you look in pretty good shape as far as pushups, crunches, and pullups go.

Improve the mile time, increase pushups if possible (though its very good), and improve BB throw.

Wow. You more than maxed out in pushups, situps, and pullups than. Lower your running times, and try to get another dozen feet out of the BB throw and you're golden as far as the CFA goes...

I have trouble decreasing my run times. Actually I don't know how to. I jog around the track, but when I begin to increase my speed, I only last one lap, but thank you for the encouragement!

Basically your CFA is amazing minus the run. Just keep running and your mile will go down eventually.

Most people find that interval training can help with speed. You might check with your school's track coach or others who have (legimate) experience in track & field on a workout program that would help you.

I've been trying to do pull ups lately but I've been having some trouble. Does anyone have any tips or some kind of schedule I could follow? It would be appreciated. Thanks!

I got my first pull up by slowly going as high as I could go and then lowering my body slowly, repeating many times. Then I used a chair to spot me and used my arms to pull myself up and over the bar while the chair was there for support. You can do negatives-- use a chair to get your chin above the bar and slowly bring yourself down (without chair)
    Max +10
    20 negatives
    10 wide grip
10 close grip (Everyday for about 45minutes)
Basically, the easiest way I found it to be was just hanging on the bar and keep trying. Strengthening the upperbody will help, but remember it's the work you put into in which you reach your goal. So keep going!
    Good luck!

I've been on the Marine Fitness Team for 3 years in my school and during our practices we do sit ups, push ups, pull ups, stand & broad jump, and running. So I have been doing these things for quite a while now and since we have competitions, I had to increase my scores dramatically over a 8 month season. I was only able to do 4 at the beginning of the school year, but as practices increased, so did my pull ups. At the beginning of the summer I began to train to increase my number by setting a rule of doing sets of 5 every time I passed the bar. Since maximum pull ups during competitions number 30, I guess that's how I have a higher number. Plus, I have the advantage of a coach and mandatory practices.
    Best Wishes!

I'm impressed. I've never met a girl who can do more than 3 pull ups. I like to test my sisters' friends and only one of them can even do one pull up. I can only do 10.

Just keep practicing, that's all I can say. Although guys may be stronger, girls are usually lighter (I suppose) so maybe that contributes to the overall achievement. Hmmm...
