    Another term for male anatomy (D*&^s or Pri*&^s), a large group of them.

    Aw, stupid me. Makes sense. It was made in reference to types of upperclassmen in charge.

    Don't know if it an Academy thing or not, but when I was at USNA, it was a common term. I think it meant midshipmen who were "just there", showed no initiative, etc. Kind of like a tool.

    It was used in context to define upperclassmen that never give swabs a break.
