How long does it take for waiver process for them to ask for records. Are they waiting to see if I was awarded a scholarship or advanced standing before they decide what to do. Going into junior year. The thought of being dropped from NROTC.

you can only start the dodmerb AFTER you received the scholarship. and the waiver process varies on how long it will take, really depends from what i have heard.

Already did DoDMerb my college told me to. DQ for sensitivity to 2 tree nuts that I am getting further testing for which my be oral allergy syndrome not a life threatening reaction. No records have been requested. Frustrated as to what to expect going into junior year if I will be dropped

When my disqualification letter got uploaded, I emailed someone and they said that waiver review would take 6-8 weeks. It took exactly 8 weeks from the date that the disqualification letter was posted for them to tell me to complete two remedials (one for sending in paperwork, one for going to an appointment).

Having testing done now. When I get to school it will be so hard being hours away from home and playing a sport. I am hoping they take the records of my new dr. I want to be proactive but it's a process with dr to be thorough. My hope they don't deny waiver before asking for remedial.
