I have to take another urine test because I only had a trace of protein in my urine. It was the lowest recored amount that has to be marked according to the doctor i went to. I am a Cross Country runner so i run alot, atleast 50 miles a week and I was told that physical activity can cause this. So my new test is scheduled for tomorrow morning and I plan to drink a ton of water before i go to take it and alot tonight as well. I was just wondering if there is anything else i should do?

P.S. I took 2 days off from running as well so hopefully that will help.

Same thing occurred with my DS. Took a few days off from running and was better hydrated. You are on the right track

Our son had to retake his, also. It is sometimes hard to find a time for the two days of rest from athletics before the test. Our son had his during football season, so he had a game Friday night, arranged with the coach to have off from Saturday practice, rested on Sunday, and then took his re-test in the afternoon right before practice on Monday. You should be fine with the 2 days off from running.
