I can tell you where my son sent his, and they did receive them. Obviously you may need to change the region.

ANY of the ones posted will "work."

Admissions is the RRS address and if you append the word "counselor" to that, it will most definitely get to the right folks. If you know which region you're in, that will work well too although the Lt Col that receives it will get a good "giggle" as it's NOT what they normally receive (think headaches from ALO's, taskings from Col Benyshek, the Registrar (their BIG BOSS) etc...)

Simplest solution if you're not time contstrained? Call the counselor and ask where they'd like it sent. My "guess" is they'll say directly to them and they'll say put:

USAFA/RRS
Attn: THEIR NAME
Etc...

I had my guidance counselor send out everything on 9/3, but Admissions never received it.
Hopefully it actually reaches them this time.
