Transcripts

So i spoke to my school today and they said that they could send in my transcripts as long as I provided them with the "addressed envelope and stamp". I received envelopes for this situation from USMA but did not from USNA or ROTC. How can I send those transcripts to USNA and ROTC?

Do they need an envelope from the place itself...? If not, just pop the address of USNA (might need to specify the admissions office, I'm sure it's on the website somewhere) and a stamp on one envelope and whatever address your OSO wants for ROTC on another.
