Transfer Deadline

I have wanted to request a transfer of my AROTC Scholarship offer for about 2 months now but have yet to receive my paper acceptance letter from the school I wish to request a transfer to (though I do know I've been accepted, it's posted online). I have now missed CC's stated deadline for sending a request for transfer. Is there anything I can do? I anticipate receiving my acceptance on paper within a few days and I could send it then? Or am I just out of luck? I have attempted to contact CC 3 times now and have not received a response? Any advice would be appreciated.

Print the screen that indicates you are accepted or save it as a PDF and include that in your submission for a transfer request.
