Is it possible to transfer to USMA event though i am at a 4 year university already?

Yes, however you will start ALL over as a freshman. You can definitely use your credits to validate some courses, but you will be there for the whole 4 year experience. Check usma.edu admissions then FAQ.

A close friend of mine entered USAFA, but broke his foot during BCT and was sent home. For that year, he attended Texas A&M, and then returned the following summer to USAFA. As I understand it, his courses either transfered or allowed him to test out of equivalent courses at USAFA. In the end, the extra courses allowed him to double major at USAFA. But yes, you will still be a freshman and attend the academy for 4 years. There are no exceptions to this policy as I understand it.

As stated above, one can enter from another university but West Point is a 4 year program. My son will be entering this year after a year at a state university. He was told by USMA admissions that approximately 1/3 of the class are not straight out of high school. He was also told he will be tested and validate out of some classes. So there is "credit" given for what you have learned thus far. Go for it!

What is the benefit (besides taking more courses) to validate the courses, or the Math knowledge if you must be there for 4 years, particularly if I don't intend to double major? Anyone knows?

You will always have a minimum course load, but you could take less classes if you validate some. May give you a chance to spend more time on a language minor, or club activity, or just enjoy the awesome campus. I wish I would have explored USAFA more as a cadet. There are some awesome trails and stuff.
