For Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks, is there any bus transportation from AFA to Denver airport? If so, where to find out the schedule?

Check out https://www.coloradoshuttle.com/

But before any of this, check out flying FROM/TO Colorado Springs INSTEAD of DIA. I have found many flights that were cheaper out of Colorado Springs than DIA. Depends where you're going. Also, a cadet can easily get to the Colorado Springs airport from the academy. And if you include the price of a shuttle, the Springs might be cheaper. Of course, many people get rides from other cadets with cars who are going to DIA for a flight themselves. Good luck. mike....

Your cadet will also make friends with many upperclass cadets who are heading to the airport and would gladly fill an empty seat in their car for $10 in gas money.

Barbara Gutierrez, Association of Graduates, Parents Association liaison posts shuttle bus schedules for major leaves - Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break. You can buy bus tickets, one way or round trip, for your cadet by contacting the Rec Center. The number is in the book that the AOG sends out every year. It is also on the actual schedule that gets posted. You can use a credit card to pay and then your cadet can stop in and pick up the ticket or your cadet can do it himself. We handled the purchasing for our cadet when he was a 4 degree because it was a hassle for him to find the time to get to the Rec Center. The bus schedules just came out yesterday for breaks. Check the AOG website.
