Tucson SWAT and Marine

That is terrible. On the one hand, I can understand the SWAT team shooting him- think if you were going into a suspected bad guy's house and saw an assualt rifle aimed at you, your first thought would be "bad guy about to shoot me." Hoever, you would think they would have been yelling "Tucson Police" or something similar. And no way would they need to shoot him 60 times before he dropped. That's what makes it sound so awful to me
