Tyndall

Also, he's a test cell guy so he brings home videos every now and then of fireballs from F-100s (the Pratt and Whitney F-15/16 engine).

The airman that was showing us around said to forget about the F-100 (F-100-100 at that!) because it looks pathetic compared to when the F-119 runs. He said that the F-119 literally takes their breath away in the cab! :) I REALLY want to experience that.

Today was cool too, as I was driving back from work, got to watch a 2-ship of F-22s playing over the base doing some neat maneuvers. What a sight they are! BEAUTIFUL birds.

The Test Stand is really cool!! I am sure they will work hard to get you guys the F-15 ride too. I have told you before what a small Blue World it is, everyone knows someone and we are all family.

TWO of the guys we've done inprocessing paperwork/training with (safety and IT) both have sons at USAFA and the exec officer (a 2nd LT) who has been showing us around is going back to commission her sister. Three connections to the hill right there. Plus, several of the officers in the AFRL division are grads. Very small world.

Just remember hornet: push on the stick = the houses get bigger, pull on the stick = the houses get smaller. Pull too much on the stick = the houses get smaller, then start getting a LOT bigger!

Have fun. We expect PICTURES! Lots and lots of pictures!

hehe, will do! Try to get pics too.

Another exciting event, the day after my birthday is the LT promotion party. Since 7 of them are promoting, they've rented out the yacht club and are prepping for a huge party. Our exec was excited to hear I was turning 21 the night before and said I was in for a long weekend. lol, can't wait.
