Update of DoDMERB Status

I recently was sent a letter requesting I get a second opinion for my medical exam. I completed my second opinion exam and the report was sent on the 4th of April. I went to my DoDMERB site and it said closed. What does that mean?

which site?
was it;
dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil (dodmerb)
or
dodmets.com (concorde)
when all information has been sent to dodmerb dodmets will say closed
the request would have come from dodmerd, check that site.
