Is the applicant's website Information Respository not updated during the process of requesting and reviewing the remedials?
Specific example from applicant website;
7.21.09 Application Added
8.26.09 Remedials requested.
(no further entries)
Remedials were done on 9.21.09. Remedials tracking system indicate "Case Closed " by each of the remedials requested and a green check mark by step #3 "Go To Your Medical Exams".
Will there be nothing on the Applicant's Information Respository during the remedial process? I am assuming my son's file with remedials is in a stack to be worked in the order it comes up.
Note; I have studied the flow chart (nice to have that on-line) and can't really tell.
Hope all this makes sense.
