In the 3Q letter, it states that achievements will be added to your profile through the end of February. Although I realize that much of the process is out of my hands, this weekend is the state competition for DECA (Business Club). There is a strong chance that I will qualify for international competition and win some relatively prestigious awards. Should I still submit this information to the Admissions Team even though it is technically after the deadline?

Unless specifically told otherwise, go ahead and submit. USMA then has the option to consider the information or not. Never hurts unless you are trying to get past some hard deadlines that you missed (NOMs/application complete...)

I would, can not hurt. I have DECA states next weekend and I'll be trying to add that into my file.

My swim team relay broke a school record this past weekend and we are advancing to the state championship meet. Is this something worth communicating to the Academy or would this be considered trivial at this point?
