Updating Awards/Honors on Application

I have already submitted my Candidate Activities Record on my online portal, so how do I go about updating my application with new awards and honors? I was just selected for two different all-star games for soccer, and I would like to let the USMA Admissions department know this. Do I have to get my guidance counselor and/or coach to send an email to Admissions in order to verify my awards and honors or can I just send an updated resume to my Admissions coordinator?
 
My DD's CAR required an update and she was instructed to have her counselor send a letter/memo verifying this information.
 
Hit the easy button..

Make copies of your certs and put you candidate number on the bottom. Then FAX it to WP. Use a cover page with your name address and candidate number too. You will not receive any confirmation from WP admin. So you'll just worry, but don't, they have it and will include in your file electronically. Your FFR will not have access to it but, your RC and his assistances do.

Trust me on this.

I just have my POC for the activity e-mail USMA admissions. All my updates were added in very quickly.
