Urinalysis Remedial

I received a urinalysis remedial and I was wondering why because I don't do illegal drugs. I have heard though that it could have been caused by high protein levels. Is this true? And if this is true how do I avoid my urinalysis test showing high protein levels again, because I don't use protein powders.
So my questions are why did I receive a urinalysis remedial since I don't do drugs, can high protein levels be the cause, and if so high can I prevent this from happening again?

We are NOT testing for drugs.
It is becasue of protein levels.
Reduce vigorous exercise for 3 days and drink lots of water before repeating the test
