When? I don't know. I didn't get mine until this past week, but that's because it was sent to the wrong email address. Even though it says not to call the Air Traffic Management Office about seeing if your itinerary has been sent, (pg 10 in Instruc. to Appointees), I went ahead and called, and that's how I found out that it was sent to the wrong email address. When they forwarded it to me, it said that it was originally sent on the 17th of April... From there, you can go onto the airline website and print your e-ticket.

I guess it also depends on when you received your appt as well, but then again, go ahead and give them a call now that it is past June 1st.

Thank you, according to page 10 of the appointee instructions-
if tickets are not received by June 22 to call. Thought it was first week of June.
Just wondering if others have received theirs yet?
