Hey Juniors!!! If you are applying or have already applied for the USAFA Class of 2021, go like the Facebook page for our class.
 
There will eventually be an official USAFA 2021 facebook page administered by USAFA. This will be a private page with verification of the appointee.

Its great that you have a support page, but be careful what you post. No addresses, phone numbers, where you're going, etc. There have already been attempts on official & nonofficial facebook pages to gain information about candidate, appointees and cadets. Think OPSec.

I'm not trying to dissuade you, just asking you to be careful & monitor what's being posted.
 
OPSEC = Operational Security

For those unfamiliar with the term. Even small bits of information can contribute to a bigger picture which can then be utilized by some nefarious groups and individuals. It's tough to figure out which information to divulge and which not to. Honestly I probably should not have been so specific with the scheduling information I posted in the question and answer thread.
 
ERASE everything about yourself as an appointee on your Social Media... Erase the photos, messages, and etc. The cadre will use anything they can against you as fuel. I'm giving you a fair warning, especially since you're a JROTC kid.
 
Eh, just know what you're posting. No need to delete everything.

This will be true later in life too.
 
I was thinking the same thing. Juniors, the only thing that is currently open would be for summer seminar not the class of 21. Class of 21 PCQ is not open yet.
