USAFA Question

I am a sophomore in high school and want to eventually apply for the USAFA

I am in need of help on what specifically i need to do in high school to get ready for the academy.
The only thing that i know is i need to participate in activities that show my leadership abilities and get extremely good grades.

An ideas on what i can do to improve my record in high school in preparation for the academy?

Broadly speaking, the academies look for academics, athletics, and leadership.
