I can tell you my son's experience. I hope someone will give info correct for this year. My son was told that interviews are not given during cadet for a day. That said, the cadet he stayed with did give him one and wrote a report. I believe physicals will not be done during CFD, mainly because they must be done by DODMERB or a contractor to DODMERB. I cannot speak to a coach interview. There may be a chance to schedule one after CFD is over, but I would check with Admissions first.

I had an interview with an academy graduate once I was released from CFAD the morning after. The cadet I stayed with also filled out a report. If you want to talk with the coaches let your cadet know and they can help you. I met with the cross country coach and went to a marching band rehearsal and talked with the director.

If by "physical" you mean the DoDMERB medical exam then "no" you cannot complete it at the Academy; however, if you mean the PFE then "maybe" you could complete it while at the Academy if someone was willing to administer it to you and you had a good reason for not being able to complete it at home. You can definitely schedule an Admissions interview and meetings with athletic coaches, but the key will be contacting them well in advance of your visit. It usually doesn't work out well if you're trying to contact everyone and schedule your interview/meetings after arriving on campus.
