Congratulations USCGA Swim Team at NEWMAC Championship. For the first time this season, the Coast Guard Academy men’s swimming and diving team is ranked nationally, and on the woman's team, Senior Kim Shadwick broke the pool-record in the 1,650 freestyle at 17:13.53, qualify for a NCAA bid. Awesome! The team has really come a long way and improved so much! I've been following the results of meets because I want to swim, and they all really dropped a lot of time!:thumb:

Congrats to the swim team! Am going to watch the kiddo swim his last high school swim meet tonight at state! He is going for one individual and one relay! He will see your team next year from the other side of the pool, and hopefully not too far behind them in the water! :thumb:
