so I'm up to this portion of the app and it says: "Please use the space below to provide a list of your college athletic participation and extracurricular activities."

well I'm not in any college so I'm confused to what I'm supposed to write here

Also, how much does it benefit us if we complete our part of the application early such as the Candidate statements, and CPDR?
