I see quite a few who received appointments by way of their portal changes on a Saturday or Sunday. Is that just because the portals weren't checked every day and you just figured it out on the weekend or are portals actually being updated on weekends?

Anne99: I think the portals are updating over the weekend. USMA seems to be letting th MOCs know then updating a couple of days later. DS' portal changed on a Sunday morning and I can assure you that we had been compulsively checking the portal. In our case, the MOC called on Monday.

Got a email today saying that as of today there are 481 candidates who have accepted their appointments. A lot more spots to go out!

WOW! If that 481# is correct that would put this thread at about 14% with having 67 appointees that have posted. (assuming everyone accepted)
That is a lot more then the approximate 10% of prior years. On another note, I see the USAFA thread has hit a wall. Hope to start seeing news soon. Good luck to all.
