Just received letter from DoDMERB that, at USMMA's request, son's medical exam was reviewed. Waiver is granted for 1) BIG condition as long as 2) orthodontist will confirm that braces are off (they are, so this one's a no-brainer).
My question is, what can son -- who was notified he's on the national "hold" list -- infer from USMMA's request for medical review/waiver?
Is the request for review something they'd make for every hold candidate? Or is it only for a certain few?
In addition to the fabulous news about his waiver being (or about to be) granted, are we also learning that USMMA is zeroing in?
