A shout-out to the many Mids who gave up their day off today to go work storm relief in The Rockaways, pulling up tile flooring and tearing out wallboard. You can see some of them in the "Making a Difference" feature on tonight's NBC Nightly News.:thumb:
 
I just watched the clip on NBC News.com.
So proud of our Midshipman!
 
Apparently they interviewed some of the Mids, but (rightly so:thumb:) decided to focus the piece on the veterans who have been putting so much time and effort in the recovery. SternThruster, thanks for the link to the photos.
