Hello everyone,

I'm a 2016 candidate for USNA and NROTC (Navy Option). For NROTC, I will be applying to the Citadel, VMI, and Norwich, as well as the University of California campuses and other state schools. I've sort of been lurking around for a long while, but now I've finally decided to log in and post.

Going through the USNA application process has really set me on a focused path, and I will be glad to have gone through it no matter the result. I've taken the most rigorous class schedules I could throughout high school and have done my best to be a competitive applicant; I can only hope that it is enough.

This forum has been and will likely continue to be a great source of information and encouragement for me, and I hope I will be able to contribute something for my fellows as well.

Good luck to the rest of Prospective 2016. Hopefully we will all end up in the right place, one way or another. Thanks for reading.
