Quick Question!

Does the USNA Candidate portal update when you are medically qualified?

Right now my Medical Status says:

"For information regarding your medical exam or status please visit the DODMERB website."

However I know i'm qualified, I've already received a letter saying so. Also, from what i've read, Naval Academy doesn't give out "3Q's" right?

No, it doesn't update. You just have to click on the DoDMERB link.
You're correct - USNA doesn't notify candidates if they are 3Q.

The DODMerb site has postings, but your portal will not update. At least my DS has been cleared for months and it has not changed.

Will Naval Academy Portal Say Appointment Offered

DS recieved offers from USNA and USAFA. The USNA shows he has a nomination but nothing about the appointment. The USAFA portal shows the office. Will the Naval Portal reflect the Offer?

I haven't heard anyone say that it does. It looks like appointees hear either from their MOC (usually by phone) or they get the surprise in snail mail.

DS got his BFE in November . Portal has not changed. Each academy does it differently .
