It wasn't a "bad" interview but I would say my interview with officers for a congressional nomination went a lot better. He just seemed to not want to be there and just kept going youd have a better chance in the Army. My mom and friends who interviewed with him got the same sort of attitute from him but I guess it's just his way of making sure the kids REALLY want what they are getting themselves into.

From what I have heard if your still waiting to hear then that is good, but who knows.

Thanks for responding, Burton. We are from Maryland. That's a shame that the BGO was not more encouraging. Yes, the BGO wants to make sure a kid REALLY wants what they are getting into, but there sure are more positive ways of exploring the options. I'm glad you found AROTC is the place for you, and the Corps at Tech is a great choice!
