USNA Waiver Status?

Hello,

I received a LOA a little over a week ago, but it is contingent upon my DoDMERB status (I was disqualified for hyperopia in excess of 6 diopters.) It's been a month since being notified of the DQ. Is there a number I can call to check on the status of a potential waver, or is this one of the "hurry up and wait" situations? Thank you in advance!

Congratulations on the LoA. You need to contact Larry Mullens (email below) from DoDMERB. He is the one who can help you. You need to send him an email with your name, the last four of your social security number and cut and paste your above message to him. His contact information is:
