USNA Waiver

Is it a good thing that I have been granted a medical waiver for USNA class of 2018? Does this mean that the admissions board thinks that I am competitive and a "3"Q"?

Search the forum for "waiver" but from what I recall they only seek waivers for those who are competitive. I would take this as a good sign.

After researching on this website, it seems like I have been granted a "Conditional offer of Appointment" due to my waiver. Does this mean that if I get a nomination, I will be accepted?
