USS Somerset

    On Saturday, March 1, the USS Somerset commissioning ceremony will take place in Philadelphia. The USS Somerset is the last of three ships built in honor of the heroes of 9/11, this ship honoring those of Flight 93. My son was invited to attend with his Villanova NROTC unit, and he is really excited. This past tuesday he toured the ship and said she is awesome!     How exciting....Of course I got goose bumps watching the video attached to the link ...can't wait to see the commissioning ceremony Saturday!
