lol...that happened to us too. Not a scholarship, but insurance stuff. I feel for you, but guess what? It's got to be almost over!

At this point, if you haven't got it in the mail yet, it's been almost 5 days since they mailed. Chances are your letter is in the later mailing.

So the big question for the week is are the notifications going to be trickling in all week long, or are they going to do a bulk mail-out on Friday? Well, from what Objee said, appointments go out as soon as they are tendered. So we could get an appointment any of the days this week. 
So mail box stalking is in full swing this week and hits terminal velocity next week. It's been a pleasure to talk with you all, and I wish all of you bright futures on the paths that are designed for you. Make your mark on the world in big or small ways--the Big Guy see's either way. We had ourselves convinced that we would have something (good or bad) in the mail this weekend, because we were out of town. Nothing!
Son is still hoping! I am starting to stress again. Last year this time, the forums did not seem such a happy place!
At least we know, at this point, it is out of our hands. Have to believe that things happen for a reason (even if it's not what we want). He has good back up plans, so we're just waiting to hear.

Just came back from returning our cadet to Maritime......checked the mail before we left town and nothing here in NY...Objee and Luigi are hard at work I'm sure...Let's all keep this thread going! I need the support in between stalking the mailbox!
I have specific instructions from our son...(jokingly)
1.) TEXT immediately
2.) Wait for return TEXT that he's available
3.) Then wait for another TEXT to describe envelope and auth to open
4.) Dad has to open envelope because when he plays scratch offs he wins!
5.) Mom always hits for $2.00 on the BINGO ones...she only spends $2.00...
6.) Read carefully and no matter what happens...No Regrets!
May the applicants waiting all have scratchies that hit BIG!!

Nothing arrived here in NY...TWE, BWE, shoprite flyer, yankee candle flyer no nada...today empty box syndrome Luigi and Objee have been very, very quiet these days.....Where o Where has Luigi59 & Objee gone? O where...o where can they be? Can you tell it was a LONG day at work

I know what you mean about missing Luigi and Objee. When they don't post, it makes me question my sanity. So I have a question for all of you to tell me what you think about this because it's driving me CRAZY.
Son emailed CG admissions officer last week to ask about an updated status on his file. Yesterday he got an email that stated there have been "no changes to his status". Now you can see what I'm thinking here, can't you?
Since we are supposed to have a final answer mailed in 3 days, does this mean "no changes" as in you still aren't receiving an appointment like we told you during EA? Or does this mean, no update since CCEB is still deciding.
I don't know what my problem is, but this last week is just KILLING me.

I'm sure Objee is buried under a stack of AIM apps and RA apps in that little basement office of his, using every last bit of strength to pull two more files out of the bag. 
As for me, I have nothing to do with the process, and I am anxiously (and eagerly) waiting to hear which incoming swabs will get to be trained this summer by my own personal cadre:

That's only 3 days away. I believe his last post last week indicated about 50-75 APPOINTMENTS to still go.
It takes time to stuff those BFEs, please be patient while waiting for yours to arrive.

Sooooo needed that post from officer!! Love the lil one beating his head on the brick wall!! LOL!! Luigi59 thanks for posting! Reassurance is a blessing....Check on Objee every once in awhile...we don't need him developing a twitch!

My coworkers put a BFE in my mailbox at the office today full of well wishes and prayers for our son...got a lil misty! Work in the medical field where our sense of humor is our largest defense mechanism...Hang on Girl! No matter what we'll be sure to get something soon that leads our young men and women down a path of greatness! As far as tomorrow goes....I may be that lil guy hitting my head against the brick wall! HA!
